Carnegie Hill

Carnegie Hill is situated in the northwest corner of the Upper East Side and offers residents some of the highest quality of living options if you are looking for apartments to rent in New York. From the Upper East Side it runs from 3rd Avenue along to 5th Avenue and from 86th to 98th Street. The local area has a great source of culture, high standard of restaurants and shopping.

The real estate in the area is calculated as being some of the most expensive in the city, especially with apartments close to Central park and the Met. With numerous high rises, townhouses and luxury doorman buildings prices rarely drop and the population consists of high earning families, successful young professionals (residing east) and an older demographic.

But despite the high standard of residents those who venture into Carnegie Hill are rarely left without anything to do. The area provides access to Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir and Central Park. In addition is the Museum Mile which offers some of the best in the neighbourhood including the Guggenheim Museum and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

If you have the money to afford the high level of residence then this area is perfect. It has many social activities, amazing architecture and a direct route to work without the hassle of commuting.
